1. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All items at KraftedbyIsajo are handcrafted.

Each piece may vary slightly in:

  • Color
  • Size
  • Texture
  • Stitching

These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

2. Order Process & Custom Requests

By placing an order or submitting an order request, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate details
  • Approve custom designs before production
  • Understand that custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable
  • Allow 2–4 weeks for processing (or longer for complex designs)

We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders for any reason.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are subject to change at any time.

We accept various payment methods including:

Credit/Debit cards
Afterpay
Klarna
Shop Pay Installments
PayPal
Other options at checkout

Payment must be completed before production begins unless otherwise noted.

4. Shipping

By placing an order, you acknowledge:

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Delays caused by carriers are out of our control
  • Customs fees for international orders are the buyer's responsibility

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the handmade nature of our products.

Exceptions apply only if an item arrives damaged.

In such cases, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

All content on this website—including product photos, descriptions, branding, and designs—belongs to KraftedbyIsajo and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

  • Misuse the checkout or order request system
