Processing Time

Because each item is handcrafted, please allow the following production window:

All Finished & Custom Crochet Items

Processing Time: 2–4 weeks

This timeframe allows us to source materials, handcraft your item, and complete quality checks before shipment.

You will receive email updates when:

  1. 1.Your order request is approved
  2. 2.Your payment is completed
  3. 3.Your order ships

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

KraftedbyIsajo ships within the U.S. and internationally.

United States

Standard Shipping

3–7 business days

Express Shipping

1–3 business days (when available)

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight.

Tracking Information

Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking details will be emailed once your package ships.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after the label is created.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.

KraftedbyIsajo is not responsible for:

  • • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
  • • Re-shipping fees for returned or undeliverable orders

If you need an address correction, contact us within 24 hours.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

KraftedbyIsajo is not liable for:

  • • Carrier delays
  • • Weather-related delays
  • • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number.

Custom Order Approval

For items that require customization:

  • Your order will not begin production until you approve the final design and complete payment.
  • The 2–4 week processing window begins after approval and payment.
